Thursday 13th February

The festival gets truly underway on Thursday when we feature the award winning, internationally acclaimed choir Tenebrae, under the direction of Nigel Short, marrying the music of Vaughan Williams, Elgar, Parry and Holst with texts by Shakespeare, Shelly, Byron, Tennyson and Milton. We precede this with a lunchtime concert by LCM Junior College Alumni.

We are also including an evening performance of the play Enron that charts the notorious rise and fall of the company - a play that mixes classical tragedy with savage comedy - featuring an original score by London College of Music composition students.

We will also be holding our traditional launch reception that recognises our performers, sponsors and supporters.
